How can I cancel before the trial ends?

If you think our service is not for you, you can cancel with a few clicks by logging into your account

Create a design project

Begin by creating a project in Slack to help your designers understand your requirements. Your project manager will assign the project to the best designer for the job.

Describe your requirements in detail
Upload any attachments you wish to include.
Select the type of files you want.

What kind of designs can I request?

Almost any print or digital graphic you can think of can be requested. Advertisements, marketing materials, and even logos and website/app designs can be submitted. See our full list of design services HERE.

How many designs can I submit at a time?

You are free to submit as many design projects as you like. At a given time 2 projects will be worked on at the same time.

How long will it take to get a draft?

Within 24-48 hours.

Review drafts & provide feedback

Not completely satisfied? Submit as many revisions as you need until you're completely satisfied.

Get unlimited revisions until you are happy

How long do revisions take?

Revisions are completed within 24 hours.

What if I don’t like my designer?

Not a fan of your assigned designer's style? Notify us, and we will replace them with another designer who is more compatible with your brand.
